Dang. I missed the one-month mark; I kept telling myself to make an update, but I thought it was still June. X__x Uhm... yeah. So hai! Lovely miss Ezzy has joined our ranks with Ezra; if anyone's got a free character that wants to wander into Bevelle, reply to her. She's been waiting. <3 Otherwise, I'm going to start working harder at getting the new layout up-and-running, okay? xD Now that I think about that, whenever I get it finished, the site will probably be down for a half hour or so, just long enough for me to transfer the HTML over. I'm testing it all in a separate section of the website, so you all can't see it yet. :D In other news, I've been re-reading the Harry Potter books, and would like to say a few words: Nitwit! It's been quite a while since an update, guys, because there hasn't been much to report. Pick up the activity - Crescent is on away, so he's got an excuse. What about the rest of you? I've made some general updates on the members board - Hoot has officially left us, but she didn't give any notice for you guys. Okay, I know I'm turning into a Phoenix, but the Bevelle meeting has been dead since the 24th of February. Someone, *cough* Moon *cough*, needs to post. Just throwing that out there because whenever I or someone else checks on the site, it looks like it's covered in cobwebs. We don't care if your post is super short(within reason) just as long as you get your character out of the same position it's been in for the last month. Thanks!

Mmk. Anybody who tried to access the site on Thursday (the 21st) found that nothing would show up. The site was down for about eight hours, and it was because of a major problem with a switch that keeps all of Globat's sites, phones, emails, and the server in general running. So not only was Globat down, but ASF and anyone being hosted at Globat was, too. Now they've got a backup switch installed and the main switch was repaired, so there hopefully won't be anymore downtime. This was the worst blackout in Globat's history, and they've been going for six years. I continue to trust Globat because they couldn't have seen this coming, and they continue to be fantastic hosts. xD With all of this said and done, the site shouldn't experience more down time unless something goes horribly wrong again. So just so you know, that's why we disappeared on Thursday. But everything's all right now! :D And Moon and I are driving home starting today, so we won't have access to a computer until either late tomorrow night or Monday afternoon. Until then, Phoenix.

Moon and I are going on vacation, but from what I've recently heard, we should be able to have internet access; of course, since it's a vacation, that's no guarantee that we'll actually be online. Hi people. I just noticed that there hasn't been an update since the new year, sooo I decide to do one!... even though there's really nothin' to say. We have a new member (yay Neon!) so... yeah. Um, everyone's posting regularly... except... me. And Parakeet. And Hoot. I think Phoenix is the only active owner around here. *cough* Keep posting, guys! It's been a while since the last update, so I thought I'd smack something up for this page. The White Winged Darkness meeting needs to start (ahem, Moon or Dizzy! -cough-) and I still need to post Lulu in Bevelle. Hey everybody. ^^ Just randomly updating because the page wanted to be newer. xDD The active threads are in Zanarkand and Bevelle at the moment, with another in Bikanel Desert; those are all that I can think of. If you have a character not being used, go ahead and start a new thread somewhere; it makes this place shiny. Really. So with this snazzy new domain name, if you've checked just plain ol' http://www.asilentfantasy.net (which I call the Network Page {of doom} ^_^) then you will see we've got several projects we're working on. And I'm probably gonna get carpal tunnel from having to code it all. .__.

Yaaay! A stepping stone in our tiny little world. xD As of November 19th, at 8:52 PM, we... purchased... a DOMAIN! Yaaaaay! So we're soon to be asilentfantasy.net. It's not gonna be up for a couple days, so we will let you know when you can change your bookmarks. Activity is really getting good, peoples. ^^ Maybe it was the rant below, maybe just our little consciences. XD Happy late Halloween, and yay for upcoming Thanksgiving! Maybe Phoenix will make us a purdy temporary picture about Thanksgiving for our layout? *hinthint* Anyway, have fun peeps, and plots are moving along nicely. If you play on this website, get your butt into gear, or I will hurt you. >.> If you OWN this site with me, and your name is down below here, listed at least two months ago, get moving. Now. Because you owners, you owners who enjoy spending time far away from your own website should be chaining yourself to this place on the 'net. I am dead serious when I say I don't know what to do anymore with ASF. Now, if you do not play on this website, join if you want. Or don't join, because I'm open-minded like that, and because I know that most people look at the main picture, say a quick, "Pretty!" and then close the window. Please be normal and sensible enough to poke around. Say hi on the OOC board even if you don't know us. We really don't care; we'd like some form of human contact. If you, whoever you are, whatever position you hold, haven't noticed - I'm disappointed. Because we're approaching two years, and what do we have to show for it? Only one out of four owners makes updates anymore, and people keep saying things like, "Uh, I'll post after ___ does," but then when that person doesn't post, you don't. Because you don't feel like it, maybe, or just because you need to post after them. Well too bad. Post once a week, and if there's nobody you can reply to, start a new thread. Only if every single character you have is already on a board and none of them have replies waiting to be written can you actually say, "I have nothing to do." This website has been at an almost dead stop since Semptember. And yes, we all have school. Big whoop. After three months, we should know how to handle our time. If this rant has scared people away, I'll wave. Because it actually means you got this far in my update. I don't even know who reads this besides me anymore. And if you want to disappear, can we get a heads-up or at least an 'away until further notice' on the OOC board? I'm done ranting, raving, or rambling, whatever you want to call it. Maybe you think I've got a point. Maybe you think I'm crazy. But you, whoever you are, wherever you are, reading this update - thanks for getting to the bottom. Maybe you're the only one who has.
